Cush drive spring length

Just doing a rebuild and sorting out some bits, I've got a couple of cush-drive springs and don't know if they are S3 or the shorter S1 type, can't find any measurements so I haven't got anything to compare it to. What's is the length of the later spring? cheers Paul

just measured both and the early one is 29.3 ish and the later is 37.5 ish
