aprilia sr engine swap

can anyone tell me if you can fit a aprilia sr 125 engine into a sr 50 frame its a 2000 model on a 2002 plate water cooled
not 100% but i think it will ,worst case would be a custom engine mount ,though id check if the wiring is different first
