1979 125 Primavera idle/pilot jet

Hi all, a friends primavera has been fitted with the wrong size pilot/idle jet (according to the manual it should be a 45). After an internet search,all i can come up with are the same as the ones fitted to the Lambretta SH range of carbs. The one fitted is a similar shape but has a longer thin end....Are they interchangeable?
