Hi Toddy ,
Yes , rebuilt it all up again, still started one day but wouldn`t fire the next. A friend spoke to Chalky ,who i believe has now retired , and he said try a 60 Pilot jet, i ordered one from Eurocarb, fitted it and it has started first or second kick every time since.
I refitted it to his scooter and he has been riding it about ( to get some miles on before Dyno-ing) since.
