Hi,

I have a Saigon Scooters Nissan front out board disbrake and it's in need of some TLC. I'm I right in thinking it needs to be removed from the rims to remove the caliper from the disk? Thanks in advance.

You can leave the front hub on in situ, but you need to loosen all four wheel nuts, remove two completely and position the rim so the missing nuts are in line with the calliper make sure the remaining two are just a couple of threads on, This will give you enough room to remove the calliper bolts and slide the calliper out away from the hub.
