One question... with the amount of construction you have done both inside and outside the container....why even bother with eth container and associated costs of purchase and being craned in? Why not just build a timber frame?

The planning department KB’ed my application & pretty much says I can have nothing in this space due to the build being seen from the road. I says f@@k them & put something in place that can be removed if the heat comes down. It likely would cost the same had I done a traditional build. If I move & have the space this can move with me if not it’s a saleable item. Part of me just wanted a creative project.

Obstinance and creativity... two of my favorite traits. I like your style, well-done sir.

Someone once told me that a container does not constitute a permanent building/fixture and does not need planning.- good shout I say
