Guys could someone kindly advise how you test a regulator or video OR is there a better regulator that deals better with power I could purchase ? Not an earth problem as I use two earths on all lights. Thanks in advance

Are any of the other lamps blowing? If it was the reg I'd expect other lamps to go as well.
