tax after off road for years

How do i tax the Lambretta, i have a new v5 it was last on road approx 1975, is there a form to take to post office.

My mate just put his back on road since 1993. They sent him a bill for unpaid tax but he appealed and it was ok

My S2 hadn't been on road since the mid 80s. When it was finished, I just insured and went to post office, changed V5 to historic they did the rest sent V5 off and taxed it with no forms and no MOT

Phoned d.v.l.a ,they said send v5 with a v10 ,v112 to put it on the system
