You get the same result by plugging one end and pouring in some industrial cleaner or caustic soda and leaving it to soak for a while.

I used industrial cleaner overnight to break down the oil and then all the carbon comes out at the same time. Looks new inside

Find a shop that has a caustic soda hot tank.

Take exhaust there. It’s way more effective and easier than doing it your self.

I dunno, caustic soda and the like do not necessarily get rid of high carbon and oil build ups in 2 stroke exhausts. I have burnt the cr*p out using an oxy acetylene torch, once 'lit' then the acetylene is turned off completely allowing only the oxygen to fuel the fire [now] burning inside the exhaust box. What i will say is the amount of smoke thats omitted from this process is so extensive that someone locally to you is likely to call the fire brigade thinking its a raging house fire...

I had a properly extracted [ventilated] steel workshop and it took about 20 minutes of massive smoke clouds to 'clean' the exhaust of all its carbon. Probably not really worth the effort unless [like me] you are extremely tight!
