I started the gp yesterday and it started vibrating at low revs round the seat area. It is running ok but I am little unsure if something is out of balance. It certainly feels like it.
Sorry completely new to lambos.
Any thoughts would be great thanks

Turn the idle speed up slightly.

Yup, check your engine mounts also, might be perishing.

And check nothing else has unscrewed itself [Lambretta speciality], floor boards are a prime candidate for this and it can feel like the bikes about to rattle itself apart.

Check the toolbox lock. They have a habit of rattling

If your used to a bike and move to a Lambretta you'll notice the vibration immediatly. They vibrate a lot more than a bike.

It is my first Lambretta.l bought it from a reputable dealer. Its an Indian sil 200.
I have only had it since June but I have kind of used to it's vibrations but this new one came all of a sudden.
I took the side panels of today and had a look around but I can't see anything.
Also turned it over with plug out to see if the flywheel is running true and it seems ok.

Sounds like it's time to see how reputable the dealer is. If you only bought it June take it back and see what they say.

Sounds to me like something has come loose, check the whole thing over before taking it to dealer - if you are mechanically ended that is. If not, then to the dealer it is.

I've checked it over and over. My only fear is that something has happened to the bottom end of the engine. I'm not sure what is acceptable vibration with this being my first.
I have met up with some guys who are into lambretta's and I am meeting them tomorrow so I will asked for some advice.
Thanks for your replies .

Met up with a few lambretta lads and they said it's nothing to worry about. Its probably because it's just run in and the engine tone will sound a bit different and it's probably me being paranoid lol.
Thanks again for your replies.
