So here I go, I take the cylinder, following the bible, page by page (thank goodness for Sticky's heritage!) sticking in the cylinder and piston, lining up the con rod, fitting the gudgeon pin, everything kosher so far:

Now is when it gets tricky. I start fitting the head gasket, then the head, then each and one of the nuts of the head. When I am nearly done, I start fixing them up with the socket diagonally. When I start giving the torque to each one of them, three of them are ok, but one of them.... WACK! Still turns and turns and turns. I quickly remove the cylinder head, cylinder, gudgeon pin and piston, to remove the faulty stud, just to realize, that the inner thread on the casing is worn... You can see it in the pic. Look closely at the stud hole:

WTF!! BL %##"!"""!! HELL!!! Oh boy I am mad... If you have any suggestions as to what can I do. I would appreciate them very much.
Kind regards to all and I hope you have a better night than me
