Will their be any benefit fitting a bgm fast flow carb to a PX200 with a sip2 exhaust ? The scooter is to be used as a rally going scoot, so plenty of motorway miles to be undertaken at full throttle.

No need, I have the same set-up as yourself and on the open road I only use full throttle if I`m on my own, never any problems with fuel starvation.

Are you replacing the carb for some other reason anyway?

No, was just worried about fuel starvation.

No need to change your carb - but you will need to up your main jet by a couple of sizes over standard (if you haven’t already done so).
On my Rally 200 with sip 2 pipe I run a 120 main jet & drilled filter - whilst a mates P200 with same pipe runs with a 122 mj & drilled filter... no fuel starve issues & both can sit happily at WOT till the fuel runs out.
