Afternoon all!
Over the past few weeks, I have felt my scoot become a little unstable when using kick start. Have taken rear boards of this afternoon and found that crossmenber on flywheel side has split in usual place right next to tube. Engine side looks to be going as well. Anyone know if this can this be welded without having to take leggies off?

it maybe could be welded as is, but i would take off the leggies and do a proper job, if its cracked once it can crack again, and if using mig it needs to be clean so i would remove them, do it once and do it right.

Thanks Holty. Guessed as much, but thought I might be able to save myself a bit of time! Search on now for a good local welder!
