Is there a tutorial to rebuild the throttle side of the handlebar. I have got a bit of slop in the throttle. Looks like the control rod is worn. It looks quite simple but I'd rather follow a tutorial.

I was looking at this just the other day, both throttle and gear side. I ended up fitting the whole tube & wheel in the headset then welding the inner rod to the outer tube when they were in the correct position. The end result is very nice, but of course you need access to some welding equipment.
