Speedo drive

I think I know the answer to this question but need clarification. I have just finished building and fitting the front hub to my Li150. I have replaced the plastic speedo drive and worm with a metal set from MB. However, having thought about it I have not put any grease on to the drive. I believe I should have done this. Is it necessary and will I need to take the hub apart again? Really annoying as it went back together and into the forks like a dream.

Just put plenty on the worm itll be fine
