Hi All,

The panels on my LI are very difficult to remove (both sides). The actual handles don't always turn very well and feel stiff. The actual rollers are I imagine the originals as well as the handles and spring clip.

Is there an easy way of sorting this so they are a bit easier to get off or am I needing fresh parts?

Sorry for the small question.

Cheers!

Just take handles off clean and copperslip all parts and try that also the spring might need pulling towards each panel but you don't want them two slack or they will come off while riding

Salt from the roads during cold months can cause these handles to seize up and stick.

Free them off, clean then up, lube them.

As usual my fellow scooterists come to the rescue! Thanks and I will have a look at these in the next couple of days. It looks like there is no grease on them at all!
