Would be interested to hear how GF can claim the BLOA shield to be both new and his own intellectual property (definition according to gov.uk is that you created it or purchased it from the creator or previous owner). Shouldn't be too difficult to prove that a 65 year old design is not new or created by GF..What you can and can’t register
To register your design, it must:
be new
not be offensive (for example feature graphic images or words)
be your own intellectual property
not make use of protected emblems or flags (for example the Olympic rings or the Royal Crown)
not be an invention or how a product works - you’ll need a patent instead

The address relates to his original hometown, he now ( unfortunately) resides in Liverpool. He continues to exude the behaviour of a gutter rat with no ethics. Certainly none that would pass the current Armed forces service test.
