Got a 185cc kit that was tuned by Dave Betts (RIP). Had a nip up when the downpipe came adrift at the exhaust port flange (weld cracked and downpipe was found 30 yeards down the road). Tried wet n drying the piston/cylinder, but when reassembled had terrible piston slap. Have a new piston, but need cylinder rebored to suit and small window drilled in piston to suit boost port.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a suitable reborer in the South East who could do this for me? I am Brighton/crawley based. Am able to drop it off and collect if not too far.
