Fuel tap replacement

Just stripping the Li150 down in preparation for a respray and when removing the fuel tap from the tank found the filter was damaged so needs replacing. I am running a Mugello 186. The question is what kind of tap should I use? Fast flow or standard? I do not know the difference visually. Who makes a decent one?
