anyone know does the standard speedo drive that sits in the hub fit a scootrs disc unit ?

if you mean the recast version then yes. Drops right in.

It fits the scootRS inboard disc brake.

Are you asking if its an outboard disc ? Or are you telling us that it IS an outboard disc.
