Oil weeping out case nut on a fresh rebuild

After about 600 kms on my rally 200 I noticed an oil drip. Taking the flywheel off I could see it's not coming out the oul seal, rather the top left case nut you can see behind the flywheel. I retorqued and stop won't stop. I assume my case gasket is pinched, torn etc.
I'd rather not have to redo the gasket if possible. Has any one had any luck with a temp fix until next rebuild? I'm thinking I'll a washer that has rubber on one side and thread sealant.
Tx in advance
