Just doing this conversion but need a head with flatter top. Who does them?

you need a head thats matched to the profile of your piston, give martin a ring at chiselspeed, he will be able to sort you out.

I was wondering if an RB20 head would work?

it would fit the cylinder, but you will need the profile of the head to match the piston if you want it the run correctly, and to be able to set the squish.
