Jetting advice with a Mikuni 24 TM on a Mugello 200

Any1 running this setup? Need to know set up please?
I'm running a V2 200 muggy with Ancillotti pipe with this setup:
15 idle
4dh7 needle 3rd clip from top
165 main jet.
I run a Tino breathsweet filters.
