Best stator

My cdi fail last night so going to order a ducati one, someone has told me that the stator will die shortly after is this true and which one will be the best to get, oh and will the timing need redoing cheers daz

Hi daz just because the cdi failed doesn't mean the stator will fail each is an independent part of the electric circuits you can do an easy test with a multimeter to check the stator without taking it out if you change one part at a time this also helps

That's a shame as his stuff has a great reputation unlike BGM stators, mine failed in only a few months can't remember how much but it wasn't cheap.

If it fails i send it back for a replacement.. but correct not that cheap.
