After searching hither and yon without finding the size of Vespa manual shift transmission oil plug/drain screws I took this picture of one from my P200E. I have read but don't know personally that all the manual transmissions use these.

Yes they all take that size. If they don't have the slotted head then it's an 11mm (spanner size) hex head.
