With the px engine off with ignition on the horn has stopped working along with no electric start. Kick start it, all lights work and horn faintly sounds if revved up. I've charged battery which is reading 12.41 and put new fuse in beside it. Any ideas?

What state is the battery in? Have you tried a new known good battery? It might be that it charges up but doesn't provide enough current / oooomph to start the electric start motor, especially if it's an old battery thats not been charged for a while..........
