Hi.
What gears prefer and why, li150 Italian gearbox or a late GP200 Indian gears?
The differences that i see are that the li150 gears have more jump between 3º and 4º, but have best 2º to 3º jump (less jump).
Another good point for the GP200 gears are the clucht life is best? for example with 47x16 li150 have 4'99, and GP200 47x19 have 4'95 ratio.
Thanks for your comments.
What you prefer? Li150 or GP200 gears?
GP 200 for me but with 19x46. The standard 18X47 revs too hard for me in 4th.

Check out the AF close ratio Indian box, it doesn't cost much more than a GP200 box.

Now i have this 17x47 in my RB20 with a Franspeed Tour and dies in 4th if i dont have a very good road.eden wrote:Li150 with 17x47 for me, 4.7 final ratio which imo is less hard on the clutch than GP200 with 20x47 which gives the same 4.7 because the primary ratio is higher using 17x47.
I must return to 16x47 5.00 final ratio.
Hi Martin! I know this Avantone visualiser and is very very helpful!corrado wrote:Check out Avantone's gearbox visualiser.... http://scooterotica.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=6286 (it should be a sticky topic)

I am asking about Li150 and GP200, because i have an Li150 at home and i thought than the AF close ratio is much more expensive than the GP200 (watching for example the SR price).
This questions are for a future project, because i dont want to change the gears to RB20, i think that li150 are good enough.
Thanks!
