Break in period for partial rebuild?

Hi.
My rally 200. I changed all the bearings and seals. Gave the cylinder a light hone. New piston rings. I cleaned the worst of the carbon off the top of the piston. I cleaned all the carbon of the inside of the head.
I'm at 160kms driving around town. Stop and start traffic. Not out of 3rd gear. Accelerating not above 4000kms generally.
At what point can I start doing sustained highway speeds. I know a full rebuild is 1000 kms. I'm wondering if mind partial one needs same amount
