New blog to track a 2800+ mile trip to Italy and back. May interest a few people.

This blog is a test for a tracking solution I'm working on which may in future become a platform for scooterists to be able to easily install a tracker on their scooter and privately be able to track their scooters movements, be that for their own purposes or to track a stolen scooter.

This years Lambretta jamboree being a longer haul than recent years presents its self as a good test, more so given the route we are taking!. It may fall on its face, who knows, if it works it will be good for us all

I tested the tracking today riding 291 miles to the 8 ball rally and back .

So how you going to install a tracker on a Lambretta without a battery, i.e., a power supply? And if you did how long before it was likely to be disabled?? Just saying like...

for those that had non they would need one installed... the tracker has its own internal battery too with 100 hours if disconnected from the scooter battery.
