Afternoon troops. Just rebuilt my TS1 engine and put new BGM head on. Was running spot on before with old head but I had a dodgy cylinder stud thread so when I decided to repair that I took the opportunity to put the new CNC head on (squish set at 1.3), and leak down tested. Starts and ticks over ok but runs awful, no power at all, just manages to limp along. There is also lots of petrol spraying out of the carb (TMX open) when I twist the throttle. When I do try to ride her down the street she is really juddery.

Any thoughts guys?
