Troubleshooting a few issues with a couple of my lambrettas and so I thought I would check fuel flow rates on both

The figures I got were:

GP 175 - 2 1/4 pints (about 500ml) per minute
Lui 125 - 1 1/4 pints (about 270ml) per minute

What figure should I be looking for. Do either of these appear on the low side for the respective engine capacities?

Tried to find the recentish article on this that I swore was in scootering but couldnt find it.

In Stickys manual he says that a standard tap should flow at least 250mil per minute and for a tuned motor he suggests 500mil in less than a minute.
