Hi all,
Does anyone know if scootopia is currently closed or on holiday?
Order went in over a week ago and no info's only the automated payment receipt.

I'm not sure they send a notification as such. In my experience, they always despatch virtually same day. If your payment has gone through, I'd suggest the parcel is already on its way to La Suisse

Depends what time you call. They don't answer until after 10 am so they get a head start getting the overnight orders ready.
Then at lunch time they have the locals popping in during their lunch hours.
Then about 3 everyone is doing their best to complete orders for the postie

No lol, they rarely stop. But obviously it's the busiest time for locals calling in and people calling on the phone as they're all having their breaks.
