I have a stage 4 200 kit, barrell matched to casings and ports tickled. Going to run it with a 28 mm dellorto with an MRB filter, 42 mm AF clubman and Indian GP 200 gearing.
I'm after some jetting advice please, sure there must be a reasonable amount of scooterists running this set-up successfully.
This site is the fountain of all knowledge so just a dribble is all I'm asking for please

Alright Worcester, I've got a somewhat similar set up on the Jet apart from the fact that mines a PM pipe with no filter. I know the
no filter issue will obviously have to be taken into account but the pipes (as I have read, roughly come into the same bracket) but at the moment I'm waiting for a delivery of main jets. (Still experimenting

). Will let you know what I end up with so you can take it as a starting point. Not the answer I know you were after but as there are no others forthcoming you're stuck with it

All bikes are different so its difficult to give an accurate set up but if you use a AV266 atomisor and an X7 needle you will be in the ball park. You may need an AV264 though.
MJ wise will probably be around 120 working downwards.
Slide maybe a 50 and a 50 pilot jet.

200 muggy, matched to caseing, pollished etc, 42mm clubman, remote fillter, gp 200 gearing, dellorto 28mm phbh, atomiser AV266, 112 main, X13 needle top clip, slide 45, pilot 55, set up on dyno. i know its not quite the same as yours but it,ll give you an idea, i would start richer than my set up [just to be safe] and come down if its boggy were nessesery.

Thanks for the help and guidance guys. Oh and thanks jet200 for your reply as well
Started the beast, 3rd kick and away.
AV264, x13 needle 2nd clip and started with a 120 main. Seems very crisp so may try a 122 main when I get chance to take it out, just need the painter to hand over the last couple of items and hopefully by Friday on the road.
