Put a new shaft on my gp after lots of messing around getting it right it superb for a week now it sounds like I've got a load of wasps inside the casing, it goes as soon as you put it in gear I'll try and get a video later

Are you sure the kickstart teeth aren't catching on first gear,causing that noise.

Not sure Paul I've been reading a few threads trying to get my head round it, I've put a new piston in and it was all fine but now it's developed this noise
