Is my engine an Li or a Special

Hi. I've just bought an engine but can't work out if is an Li or a special. The information online seems to contradict so am hoping for some help. The engine number is 150 Li *746308. WhT do you guys think?

The casing is a Special. Whether the contents match up or not is another question all together.
