Just replaced gear cables on scoot after rebuild (cyclone box) noticed that I have two false neutrals between 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 - when i am going through the gears when engine isn't running and I rolling it back and forth. Pretty sure it never did this before???

Any thoughts on what could be causing this? Scooter is running great (for the 4 miles i have ridden so far!)

Many thanks

Because it could be an indication that there is something wrong. I'm pretty sure it didn't do it before so something has changed.

I'm always hitting false neutrals when i'm riding, normally on roundabouts when i'm revving the nuts off of it and boy does it rev when your not expecting it.
