Hi my mrs has a px125 it keeps stalling when she pulls the clutch in at a junction or coming to a stop then it's hard to get in to neutral, is it a clutch problem?????!

Sounds that way, try adjusting if no good back wheel and hub off no need to take engine out of scoot, clutch out, new plates leave in oil over night and replace inner cable new locking nut on clutch new engine oil worth putting in.
