Evening Gents, probably been covered before, if so apologies, just need to know how long do I need to run a Rapido 225

Drop AF a line and they will advise you on their recommendations.
Oil 4%, first 100miles short bursts 10-15 miles round town, no more than 30 mph-ish, varying the revs and speed, didn't let the engine labour or rev too high. Can't remember the exact figures beyond that but it was done in 2x200 mile chunks very similar method as the first 100 but steadily increasing revs/speed.
Changed the gear oil and checked the head and manifolds at 500 miles.
Didn't thrash it for any length of time till after 1000 miles
