where is the best place to buy quality head stock bearings for my gp 150.

Those bearings are much of a muchness, get them from somewhere like SR.

You can lose the cage and fit them loose - you probably need two sets to do that.

Taffspeed / Ian Frankand was offering a tapered roller bearing option for the top race.
