I,ve gone and bought one of the Pinasco 225 kits for the ss180 engine since first posting on here , does anybody have any experience of fitting these , ie what carb to use , what exhaust etc are there any pitfalls to avoid etc , thanks

Much too much compression on this 225 kit. Hard to get kickstarted.
Use a SI 24mm mm and this marvelous air box kit done for the SI:

SI 24mm ? the standard ss180 runs a 27mm carb ? also what do you mean by " marvelous air box kit " and was hoping to get round the compression by lowering it with 2 head gaskets ???
