You just need to find a local welder who can weld aluminium. I wouldn't worry about specifying how he welds it, he (or she) will know.

The best welders not only know how to weld, but accept cash, and small amounts of it.

Once you have found a good local welder, you will be surprised just how often they can be of use to you.

May I suggest you reply to this post stating where about in Yorkshire you live. Someone may well be able to point you in the right direction, or perhaps even have the very service you require.

Good luck.

glad to be of service, he is a top mechanic, but very busy, you might have to wait a short while, but you will get a top notch job, people send him parts from overseas to repair, just google aj s aqua blasting and you will find his number
