Tyre sealant

Can someone tell me how many ml of this stuff i should put in a 350/10 tubeless tyre please

About 120 to 150ml.

If an SIP rim, the hole that the valve screws into is tiny, only 1 or 2mm so getting the gloop in can take a while. Might be worth standing the bottle in warm water for a wile before doing it.

With tubeless I found that I had to break the tyre seal [opposite side to the valve] to get the stuff in as it just seemed to be hitting a brick wall of trapped air otherwise.

I think that's what is happening for me on an AF tubeless with a new tyre (Mitas MC20) as I cannot for the life of me get any in and I have never had a problem before with the same rim, same valve (with core removed).
