Hi,just got my bikesure renewal quote,£35 policy issue fee,£15 agreed value form again!!!!,that's £50 notes increase on last years price,time to look around me thinks,any ideas.thanks

Try Peter James.
I change to them last year from Carol Nash
Not because their policy was significantly cheaper or better.
Just £17 for a change as opposed to £40.

Well a end to my post!!!,agreed value not agreed by both parties,they say the same as last year???,14 day cooling off period,they say not apliciable,just to say its the last time I ever entertain using bike sure again ever....

By the way,when I quote the name Barry at bike sure,they say that they have never heard of him!!!!!

I had similar yesterday with my insurance company. I called asking for Mrs xyz.. "no idea who that is, do they work for us" big companies so not everyone knows everyone else.

As has been said we are a large company. Over 800 people work in our office so I'm not surprised if some staff do not know who I am.
