i have nearly finished building my lambretta lui which i bought in this country as a frame with forks,sourced parts and is almost ready for mot.
i take it i need a nova, can i call and explain that it was not imported by me if so what number is best,i just dont want to be going around in circles talking to everyone and getting nowhere.can anyone help with numbers.

thanks Daggs but i have looked,the more i go into it the more confused i get,i cannot get to the part where i fill in a form

I wrote to hmrsc car team after speaking to someone at nova, hmrsc required the chassis number and a covering letter on how you acquire the scooter then they put it on the nova list,so I sent every bit of paper work I had, which they return then ten days later I had a nova registered scooter

I did a car there once, I foned there first they put me onto nova then they put me on to the car team in Belfast
