Does anyone have the piston to bore gap tolerance for a tv175? Still waiting for my manual to arrive and like to get some bits ordered if needed.
Thanks in advance

I thought Innocenti made them tighter than that. My Standard TV175 flys, good luck with yours.

Thanks 4 thou is .1mm my bore varies from 62.020 to 62.040 with a piston diameter ranging from 61.9 to 62mm so should be good.

I have all my iron cylinders bored to .0035" clearance and plated to .0025"-.003"
Zero problems

agree- also subject mine to "short sharp shock" running in. Quick hot/cold cycles.

Just had a cast 175 bored to 4 thou. Should it still be run in for 1000 miles as per innocenti advice. Using 4% mix mineral.
