Cylinder heads aside......

AF get a bad press on phone calls

I rang AF on Tuesday morning about 1030 and phone was answered in about 6 rings, order placed, delivered Wednesday

To be honest that seems the norm to me when I ring up.

Visible 10% discount off bottom line on parts as well

Always been one of my favourite dealers

Mystery why they don't have an online shop.

The thing is people take the p155, but we love AF really. They are a part of the scootering world.

Good quality parts at sensible prices............but

I've not had much joy with the phone and I sent an email regarding an out of stock piston.......never did receive a reply. This was months ago, called in last week when passing to ask about the piston..... bought and paid for the in-stock piston :? . The phone and email does seem to be hit and miss. I'm puzzled why they don't have an on-line shop...........maybe i'll send a carrier pigeon and ask them

2nd that one, used them for years and I have added bonus of only been 45 minutes away. Plenty of people must get through because they are always packing stuff up for posting

AF no problems..........spoke to Ben loads of times and the other guys and yes they answered (after 5pm) but happy to talk through any points and issues.....I have also found other dealers good, but this shows a passion I think .... :D

If that company invested in a proper e-commerce site the sky would be the limit. I've ordered from them twice first time it took ages to get through the second time was much better, I wonder if they are aware of the on line ribbing they get over not answering the phone and are starting to do something about it?

I love and wholly respect the fact that they take an lunch hour..... its a shame more companies and people don't do it.

The insatiable need for instant gratification has become the norm, when in reality its not really needed.

While e commerce maybe the making or saviour of some companies, its nice to see some still respecting some old fashioned values.

AF should keep doing what they do .....and they do it well

If they grasped the modern way of business I doubt that they would be able to spare customers the one on one time that they give so freely, breath of fresh air they're approach to customer service
