Remade head cowl for 42 mm exhaust pipe

I need to send a head cowl to my sprayer for painting. Do the remade copies need further cutting out of metal for exhaust nut access . 42 mm Ancilloti clubman figured on a v1 225 mugello kit. The cowls are the painted black gloss with three version type STD, RB, TS. Thanks

I've just had to cut a cowl ready done for a TS1 cowl for a TS1, using an MB manifold and taffspeed copy.

Best to check before hand !
