The dispute is over the loan car. After not much joy I rang BMW as they set this up in the first place with Accident Exchange and spoke to the body shop manager about my issues. He has informed me that there is indemnity insurance that protects me from being liable to any non payment and that the claim company chasing me has agreed to this. I am waiting on a phone call now from BMW as they investigate the goings on of Accident Exchange. There appears to some light at the end of the tunnel.
