Are they still trading ?
Reason is ive tried ringing them on both there number for the last 3 days ive got 200quid id like to spend with them

Just got a crank from them so yes but did get it via ebay seemed only way to get it as had like yourself tried calling but could never get an answer.

How long did it take for delivery? I ordered a crank 2 days ago and haven't recieved anything yet, it's meant to be next day delivery? I've emailed and rang but i've had no response

I've just been on their website and it says next day delivery.I'm not suggesting that you have ordered your item after 2.00pm but if you have,it isn't sent out till the following day,so if you've ordered something on Monday but after 2.00pm it wont be sent out until Tuesday and you can expect delivery today sometime.

I did read that but i ordered it around 10am, to be honest I really only wanted to know if it's been despatched yet if it hasn't that's fine. Just wanted to know when to expect it. It's the lack of communication that bothers me more than anything

It came next day but calling them was pointless they do answer ebay questions though

Just had an email from GL saying they sent me a message (a week ago) telling me it was out of stock, so my bad for not checking my Junk Mail .....

They have offered to send a similar tap to the one I ordered for no extra cost.......nice gesture and helps me out
