Ordered a BGM clubby from them 3 days ago, now im not expecting it to be on my doorstep already obviously but, despite paying for it and getting an email saying that i will be emailed again with a tracking number when its ready for shipping.

3 days later and no email so emailed 24 hours ago for an update and no reply so far.

Yes ive checked my spam and junk folders etc and nothing :-(

Is this normal? Ive never ordered from them before, used to use SIP a lot and they were always spot on?

They've always been quick to deliver (2-3 days), and when I have had to email them I've received a response inside 24 hours.

Their website is showing the BGM clubman as out of stock, maybe that's why?

Not for the last few days and up to my posting the question it wasn't, had 3 green dots.

I emailed them again just after posting my query and funnily enough had a reply within 10 minutes saying its been sent, however theyve not emailed me a tracking number which I have again emailed them about and now are strangely not answering again and now no stock showing :-/

You get a tracking number after DHL have picked the Parcel up at SCKs Shop and scanned it.
The first email only means the parts have been packed and labeled and are awaiting pick up....which may, or may not, occur on the same day you got the first email

First email wasnt even that, it was only that they will process the payment before even packing.

Just trying to explain the system for you mate.
Monday was a German bank holiday, according to your 1st Post, you ordered on Monday, no one there to check the server for ordered.
Tuesday back to work , start picking parts for orders and packaging, with luck , all orders packed on tuesday, or maybe not.
If not, carly on picking through Wednesday, pick up Wednesday ....or thursday.
Same for email, Automated replys dont need anyone to write and send them, replying to enquiries outside the automated process does.
Im sure youll get your pipe, but I don’t think 3 days...or 4, is slow under the circumstances.

It'll be even slower, nay, tortoise like, when you have a complaint.
